Nexomon Extinction The Darker Version of Pokemon The World Needs More of.
Todays review,a monster catching game similar to that of Pokemon.
First released as a mobile app, Nexomon Extinction. The sequel to the original Nexomon, shares alot of similarities to Pokemon, but with a much darker story.
And like any great jrpg, there’s a power rangers reference. The screenshot below shows the Nexolords. A spoof of the power rangers.
Or rather in my opinion, the Psycho Rangers, from Power Rangers in space. While the Power Rangers have had parody’s in the past I believe this a first for the Psycho Rangers.
The game shares alot of similarities to Pokemon. Though Monster capturing games have been around since before Pokemon so don’t call it a copy. The game shares a-lot of as well as many differences.
Like Pokemon, however you can capture up to 332 Nexomon creatures to do battle.
The sprites of the creatures are beautiful, and the game makes it more difficult then just throwing a pokeball.
